Channels for the Dissemination of Corporate Communications to Shareholders

Corporate communications of the Company includes circulars to shareholders, annual report (including the ESG reports) and interim report, etc., all of which will be published on both the websites of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and the Company. Shareholders with registered email addresses will receive relevant notification by email when such corporate communications are published.

Shareholders may also obtain corporate communications in printed form from the Company upon request through the Company’s share registrar, Tricor Standard Limited.
