Mr Zhou Limin：Chairman / Executive Director
Mr Zhou Limin, a Researcher, is the Chairman and Executive Director of the Company, graduated from National University of Defense Technology with a master degree. From 1989 to 2002, he worked in the 11th Institute of 067 Base, and served as Designer, Deputy Supervisor, Deputy Supervisor and Supervisor of the Pressure Vessel Design Office, Director of the Operation and Development Department, Assistant to Director General and Deputy Director General. From 2002 to 2008, he served successively as Deputy Director General and Director General of Beijing Aerospace Propulsion Research Institute. From 2008 to September 2020, he served as Deputy Dean of Academy of Aerospace Propulsion Technology, during which he also served as Director of Beijing Shenzhou Aerospace Software Technology Co., Ltd., Chairman of East China Chemical Engineering Inc., Director General of Beijing Aerospace Propulsion Research Institute, Chairman of Beijing Aerospace Petrochemical Technology & Equipment Engineering Corporation Limited, Beijing Aerospace Petrochemical Technology Energy Conservation & Environmental Protection Corporation Limited, Xi’an Huawei Chemical & Biological Engineering Co., Ltd and China Chang Jiang Energy Corporation; he also served as Chairman of Shaanxi Aerospace Power Hi-tech Co. Ltd, shares of which are listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600343), from June 2017 to February 2020. In June 2023, he was appointed as the Chairman of Shenzhen Aerospace Technology Investment Company Limited.
Mr Song Shuqing : Executive Director/President
Mr Song Shuqing, Master, Researcher, graduated from National University of Defense Technology with a master degree. From 1994 to 2011, he held such positions as the Chief Engineer, the General Manager of Tertiary Industry Division of the China Academy of Space Technology and a Deputy Director General, the Director General of its Infrastructure Department; an Assistant to the General Manager, a Deputy General Manager of Shenzhou Tianchen Science and Technology Industrial Co. Ltd, and a Deputy General Manager of its Assurance Service Division and the Director General of the Infrastructure Department; the Officer-in-charge of the Preparatory Unit of Zhongguancun Aerospace Innovation Park Company Limited. From 2011 to 2019, he served as the General Manager, a Director and the General Manager of Aerospace Times Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. During such period, he also served as a Director of Xian National Civil Aerospace Industry Base Development Co., Ltd. and an Executive Director of Aerospace Times Real Estate Development (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. and a Vice Chairman of Beijing Aerospace Hengrun Real Estate Co., Ltd. From June 2019 to January 2023, he served as a Vice President of China Academy of Aerospace Electronics Technology. From November 2019 to March 2023, he served as a Director of China Aerospace Times Electronics Co., Ltd. (shares of which are listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600879)). From August 2020 to February 2023, he served as the Chairman of Chongqing Aerospace Rocket Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. Mr Song was appointed as the Chairman of RAYITEK Hi-Tech Film Company Ltd., Shenzhen (shares of which are listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 688323)) with effect from July 2023.
Ms Lan Guihong : Chief Accountant
Ms. Lan Guihong, senior economist, chief accountant of the company. Ms. Lan Guihong graduated from Zhongnan University and Ha Erbin Institute of Technology with a bachelor degree in economics and a master degree in management respectively. Since 2001, she has served successively as the director of the State-owned Assets Management Division of the Finance Department of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, the director of the Finance Division of the Finance Department Headquarters of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, the director of the Accounting Division of the Finance Department of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, Director of the Finance and Accounting Management Department of the Finance Department of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, Deputy Director of the Finance Department of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, and concurrently as director of China Great Wall Industry Group Co., Ltd., and Deputy Director of the Audit and Risk Management Department of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. Ms. Lan Guihong has extensive experience in financial management and auditing and risk management. She was appointed as the chief accountant of CASIL in December 2019.
Mr Lin Jianming : Vice President
Mr. Lin Jianming, vice president of the company. In 1994, he received a bachelor degree from Shandong University of Science and Technology, majoring in chemical technology. Since 1994, he has served as the manager of the quality control department of Cheeyuen Plastic Products (Huizhou) Co., Ltd., since 1999, he has served as the director of the battery factory of Cheeyuen Plastic Products (Huizhou) Co., Ltd., and the director as well as the executive deputy general manager of CASIL Semiconductor Co., Ltd. since 2007. He served as the managing director of Cheeyuen Industrial and Jeckson Electric Co., Ltd. During that period, he served as the director and general manager of Aerospace Holding Industry Co., Ltd. from 2010, as the assistant to the president of CASIL from 2012, and as the vice president of CASIL from October 2020.
Mr Li Gang : Vice President
Mr. Li Gang, vice president of the Company. In 1992, He graduated from Zhengzhou Institute of Aviation Industry Management majoring in Industrial Enterprise Planning Statistics (with marketing). In 2003, he received an MBA degree from the National University of South Australia. From September 1992 to December 1996, he served as an assistant engineer in the 13th institute of the first Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation; from December 1996 to January 1998, he served as a principal staff member of the personnel Bureau of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation ; from January 1998 to May 1998, he worked as an assistant in the Beijing Office of China Aerospace International Holdings Limited. Since May 1998, he served as senior personnel officer, assistant general manager, deputy general manager, director of human resources department, assistant president, general manager of corporate culture department and general manager of human resources department of CASIL. Since February 2023, he has served as the vice president of the CASIL.
Mr Qi Zhan : Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Qi Zhan, vice president of the company. In 1988, he graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering, Zhejiang University, majoring in chemical equipment and machinery. After graduation, he served as a technician in Shaanxi Electric Machinery Manufacturing Company; from 1992 to 1994, he was the secretary of the Shenzhen Industry Association; from 1994 to 2004, he was engaged in investment banking in China Securities, Guosen Securities, and Jutian Securities; and in 2005 He has successively engaged in securities and investment-related work in CASIL and one of its subsidiary. since 2010, he successively served as the general manager and investment director of CASIL's asset management department in 2010. Since January 2016, he has served as the vice president of CASIL.
